Care Supplies aims to structure sourcing requests, document requirements clearly and reduce non-conformity risks.
Requirement review
We review part numbers, quantities, units, specifications and available attachments before preparing a quotation and request clarification for material gaps or conflicts.
Documentation and conformity
Required origin, conformity, inspection and datasheet documents are defined in the request or quotation. No certificate or accreditation is presented unless verifiable documentation is available.
Sources and alternatives
Brand, manufacturer, country of origin and alternatives—when available—are identified in the quotation. A proposed alternative is not automatically equivalent and must be reviewed and approved according to customer requirements.
Inspection and receipt
Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before execution when required. Shortage, damage or non-conformity must be reported within the period stated in the quotation with available evidence.
Warranty
Warranty period, scope and exclusions are defined in the quotation or manufacturer documents. Warranty normally excludes improper storage, installation or use outside specifications unless otherwise stated.
Continuous improvement
We review feedback, non-conformities and request outcomes to improve data accuracy, processes and customer experience.
